Lucija Skevin finished her bachelor's studies in animation at Savannah College for Art and Design in 2024. Her focus in the first few years of her studies was 3D character animation, but she also found 3D modeling and technical animation intriguing upon taking an elective class. Then in her fourth year on a project from another elective class in the program Unreal, she discovered how games and animation can be connected and found her new passion alongside animation. The game industry had a different approach to making games, a more iterative approach. In contrast, animation had a more straightforward approach. That changed her perspective on the process of animating characters.

Beyond animation and games, she is passionate about cooking, collecting carnivorous plants, learning new things, and drawing labyrinths.
